TAP Portugal offers several options for check-in, including online check-in, automatic check-in, and check-in at the airport. Passengers traveling with checked luggage on connecting flights in Brazil, the United States, or Canada should collect their luggage for customs control in those countries before going to the luggage transfer point.

Passengers can also purchase the fast track service for priority access at the airport. If a passenger needs to change their itinerary, they must have an issued TAP e-ticket and a reservation made at least 24 hours in advance. Passengers with TAP Miles & Go or Corporate Miles & Cash and MilesOnly Tickets, tickets issued by travel agencies, and promotional tickets may only view their reservations, and only flights and dates can be changed, not routes.  Read this Flightaura : TAP Portugal Check in Policy
